Design for
Everyone.
Around 1 in 6 people live with a disability. That is roughly 15% of your customers, and if your product or service is not accessible, they cannot use it.
I help businesses fix that. Good accessibility means reaching more people, building better products, and reducing legal risk.
Accessibility that works
for your business
Accessibility Audits
A clear picture of where your product or service is excluding users right now. I test against WCAG 2.2 AA and give you prioritised, plain-language findings your team can act on straight away, not a spreadsheet of abstract criteria.
Strategy and Governance
If you want accessibility to stick beyond a single project, you need it embedded in how you buy, build, and commission work. I help you put the right policies, checklists, and procurement requirements in place so it becomes standard practice.
UX and Inclusive Design
Accessibility built in from day one costs a fraction of retrofitting it later. I work with your team during design and development to make sure the right decisions get made early, whether that is reviewing prototypes, shaping a design system, or mapping out a user journey.
Training and Awareness
The most effective long-term investment. When your designers, developers, and content editors understand accessibility, they make better decisions every day. I run practical workshops tailored to your team's real work, not generic slide decks.
Accessibility is good business, for any business
One in six people has a disability. That is a significant share of your customers. I work with businesses of all sizes to help them reach all of them.
Start a conversationPractical, not theoretical
Accessibility advice is only useful if your team can act on it. I focus on clear findings, real solutions, and building capability that stays with you after the engagement ends.
Understand your context
I start with your product, your users, and your constraints, not a generic checklist. Every engagement is scoped to what will actually make a difference for your customers.
Focus on what matters most
Findings are prioritised by the real impact on users, not just severity scores. I distinguish between what is blocking people today and what can be improved over time, so you know where to start.
Leave you more capable
I transfer knowledge, not just reports. My goal is that your team is better equipped to make accessible decisions independently long after our work together is done.
Lived experience
at the centre
I am an Irish accessibility and UX specialist with over 20 years of experience in digital design, service design, and inclusive technology. I am deaf, which gives me a direct personal understanding of what it means to encounter a barrier and why getting this right genuinely matters.
I hold an MA in Industrial Design Research and am a member of the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP). I have designed and led large-scale accessibility programmes for major organisations, and I bring that rigour to every engagement, regardless of the size of your business.
I speak at events, contribute to policy, and believe that accessible design is simply better design, for everyone who uses your product or service.
